Ms. Samantha Ashley Miller, founder and partner of Gross & Miller, was admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia in 1997. She is a native of North Carolina and she graduated from Appalachian State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. In December 1996, she received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from John Marshall Law School. She is an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association and State Bar Association Family Law Section. She volunteers her time as a guardian ad litem for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and the Atlanta Bar Association Lawyer Referral and Information Service. Ms. Miller mainly practices in the area of Family Law. Ms. Miller recognizes that many areas of the law intertwine one another; therefore she also represents clients in criminal and personal injury matters. Ms. Miller is married and she has one son. Ms. Miller enjoys hiking, snow skiing, and fishing.

Summary:
Mr. Peter Phillip Gross, is managing partner of Gross & Miller and was admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia in 1999. Upon graduating from high school in 1984, he served three years in the United States Army. While in the United States Army, he was stationed at the Multi National Forces and Observers, in the Sinai Peninsula. In the United States Army, he earned the Expert Field Medical Badge, Army Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal and received an Honorable Discharge. After receiving an Honorable Discharge in the U. S. Army, he then attended the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Gross received a Bachelors Degree in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Wisconsin. After working with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources in upland game management and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources in fish management, Mr. Gross attended John Marshall Law School and graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Over the years, Mr. Gross has practiced extensively in the area of Family Law and has performed jury trials, bench trials, contested motion hearings, and helped many clients reach a prompt resolution with their divorce action. Mr. Gross is married and has one child. Mr. Gross enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf.
