Consultation & Fees
- Our firm offers a free initial brief telephone conference with an attorney.
- Our firm offers an initial in-office consultation to speak with an attorney regarding your case for $50.00 for thirty (30) minutes and each half hour thereafter is $50.00. Payment is due on the day of the consultation.
- The initial retainer is quoted by the attorney during the initial consultation and is based upon the complexity of the issues involved in your action and the type of legal action.
- In contested actions, the client pays an initial retainer based upon the complexity of the case. The attorney’s hourly rate is $250.00 per hour. The client is also responsible for expenses of litigation.
- In uncontested divorce actions, the attorney fee starts at $399.00 plus filing fee. However, for uncontested divorce actions including but not limited to issues involving children, custody, child support, the equitable division of real property and the equitable division of assets and debts both real and personal, alimony and child support, etc., the fee for an uncontested divorce is quoted during the initial telephone conference and/or initial in office consultation by the attorney.
